Why is Ebay and Half.com becoming such a horrible site to sell stuff?

I have been trying to sell a friend’s XBox360 for about two weeks. After 2 weeks, 2 listings on Half, and 2 on Ebay, it’s becoming apparent how many crooks, losers and ebay-snipers are ruining that website. I have had one person trying to use a stolen credit card to buy the system, one with no feedback telling me he was going to pay in a week(surefire sign you’ll never get the money) and another one with no feedback who has bid and probably won’t pay either.

I am so sick of this pathetic site, it’s getting so bad. Can’t they stop the crookedness and help honest buyers and sellers out?

The product that youre going to run into problems.
The product that are huge market and appealing to paypal only that may help with the credit card issues other than that is easy to wide variety of.

Same reason they don’t fence in a clearly dangerous falling rock zone until someone gets killed or maimed. Hurt is not enough and what you’re asking costs too much money. If it’s not hurting their profits enough, they don’t care. You’re selling a “friend’s” XBoX360…sure…*larceny*….cough cough. Who the hell are you? What are they going to lose if you stop selling? Two dollars and fittty cent?
