How do I start a free website with ease, and include a membership function?

I’m looking to start a website on any one of the free providers there are. I have relatively little html knowledge, so this seems like a huge challenge for me.

However, I want to be able to include a membership function, so that anyone who visits the site will be able to join the site and add to parts of it.
Any advice welcome.

google have a site to go to and they will tell you how and what you need to do to set up your site .
