If you mean the RSBANDB forums, they are hosted independently, but they use the phpBB3 forum software.

Well it’s hard to fit a lot into 10 minutes, but thanks! It was just my first video after all so there’s heaps for me to improve on.

Usually I find the best method of blending is to create a new layer over top a render/picture and brush over it. You can erase what you don’t want afterwards. Assuming your brushing fits into the background this works very nicely. If not you could duplicate the background layer and place it on top of the render, then use the eraser with a custom brush to erase what you don’t want. It’s all about being creative and literally *blending*; not just blurring or smudging.

That would be a New Zealand accent. Very similar to Australian except you can take it seriously.

Where are you from? I can’t quite pin down your accent…

What tool do you use to blend? I have been using blur but it sucks… Lol. Mabey I’m not using it right, I don’t know.

April 13th, 2010 at 2:33 am
yeah, it is a incredible application but not al of us have like $1,000 we are willing to spend on the program ;]

We do not condone the illegal acquisition of any software and so we highly recommend against any software piracy options such as torrenting. It’s always best to just go out and buy it, plus you have to admit, it is an incredible application.
April 13th, 2010 at 2:33 am
i will stick with CS3, also you should torrent it or w.e its called thats what i did
April 13th, 2010 at 2:33 am
You can download a trial version of it from the Adobe website which I’m unable to link to, just google it – I assume you just need to create an account and it’ll then allow you to download it. The full version of Photoshop costs a lot of money (i.e. the newest version, CS4, is set to be released at $999 USD) so I would only recommend buying it after you’ve tried it out and you’re really keen for it.
