Does anybody know how we can get the layout to fill up the entire screen instead of just being centered, and having a backround color?

when importing photoshop layouts dreamweaver by default sticks them into a table, as you can see he actually creates a wrapping div to conteract this, so he is not really using the table as such.

You know the links to each page that you have created; well, when a user hovers over them links, can you make it so maybe something happens? maybe a tect colour change or some sort of rollover effect. That would be great.

I followed the instructions carefully, however I’m unable to center the layout because I can’t select the table like you did in the video. I don’t even think my layout is a table.. how am I able to make it one?
