The demo was built with a combination of Photoshop and After Effects and Camtasia. The technology showed in the demo is built with a lot of different technologies with the main being Flash.

what software other than adobe did you use to make this flash demo? It is very cool – I LOVE IT! I will be going to your site regardless just because of it.
