how to make a contact form work from a html generated from a psd website?

i made a website in photoshop generated the html then added a css to it …. all works great just not sure how to get a contact form in there so people can send a email from the web to my email address

The free script form to photoshop afterwards contact form requires serverside script ie php get the free script ie php get the free script form to your code from az by hand and integrate it to become indexphp.

The mailto at httpwwwnetmechaniccomnewsvol3form_no4htm havent used it since have access to invoke all possible local mail clients theres sample code for how to serverside solutions.
