That isn’t possible because 2 reasons:
1) You cannot interact with a tank in that way or any zombies in that way.
2) The tank does not have any different skins to transfer to because he cannot be dismembered
-OR/AND-
I’m going to guess that valve did not use this way to present dismemberments, but the tank does not “fall apart” like common infected do.
No special infected can be dismembered.
Only common/uncommon infected can.
